Porn Valley- Courageous, Committed, Visionary, Leader - Patriot. These are just a few of the words which describe the unique American adult artist and entertainer, Max Hardcore. On Monday morning, September 24th, Max will for the first time appear on the Howard Stern show.

Starting in 1992, Max has radically changed the face of porn, into a more explicit, realistic, and humorous portrayal of the human sexuality. It may be offensive to some, but it’s also an expression of free speech the American public has a historic right to watch – and has demanded and purchased for over 15 years.

Now, after all this time, the federal government - keeper of the Constitution and Bill of Rights – intends to put Max Hardcore in prison for 50 years. They claim that 5 out of the 200 movies he’s made are ‘obscene’ – the ONLY crime in America which is not clearly defined by statutes of law.

In filing their indictment in May of this year, the US Justice Department, led by their disgraced former leader, Alberto – ‘I can’t recall’ - Gonzalez, claims that Max inflicts: ‘Severe Violence’ upon the actresses in his movies. But where are his victims? They say this despite the fact that all his costars, like their Hollywood counterparts, are paid professional performers who have freely made the decision to participate in the making of a fictional movie.

Moreover, in 15 years, not one woman, or any crew member, required medical attention after completing a scene - or even filed a workman’s compensation claim against Max. But unlike Hollywood movies, Max has never once employed an underage actress and cast them in a sexual situation - like Jody Foster in ‘Taxi Driver,’ or Dakota Fanning in her latest film.

Max strongly believes in, and is prepared to defend, the inalienable rights set forth by America’s founding fathers: Life, liberty, and the pursuit happiness - Of a free press, and the right of all the people to read, write, say or view what they want to, without fear of prosecution.
You may not agree with all that Max Hardcore has to say, but all patriotic Americans will agree that he has the right to speak. And most importantly- that all people have the right to decide what they wish to view, in the privacy and security of their own homes.
