now legal action being threatened by the most powerful director in the industry, Michael Ninn - again, because noof also isn't taking his titles as called for. am hearing that Ninn's joining with two other industry powers to also launch new channels.
also hearing that noof is now paying studios late. thought they were so cash rich?
they're also playing favorites with some studios at the expense of others. they always demand hotel rights to service their deal with On Command - so why did they just accept one studio who's selling directly to this huge hotel service? and don't let them tell yuo different, because i've seen the contract.
what's happened in Colorado these past few months? why are they stepping on the little people like Misty, while throwing away industry giants like Hustler and Ninn?
sounds like another era of litigation is about to start.
Canadian NW posts: i occasionally work within the adult industry, and can speak with certain authority to the matters you address:
1. Misty Rain - had no output deal with CSB. if you're a friend of hers, i suggest you ask her to tell you the entire truth - not just the part that serves her purpose.
2. Hustler - CSB continued taking their content long after they announced plans to launch services.
3. Michael Ninn - is a personal friend of mine, and has no intention of sueing noof.
4. On Command - this i cannot speak to, but i challange you to produce a copy of the contract you've supposedly seen.
im the future, i suggest that before you post rumors on this board and try painting noof's management in a bad light, you check more reliable sources.
