South Dakota- www.argusleader.com – Two Sioux Falls women, formerly employed by adult entertainment store owner David Eliason, filed separate lawsuits last month claiming they were sexually harassed and sexually assaulted by him.
The women claim that Eliason interviewed them both for jobs in 2007, hired them, then made several sexual advances on them and eventually sexually assaulted them during their employment, according to court documents.
Eliason is co-owner of Annabelle’s Adult Super Center in Sioux Falls and Olivia’s Adult Super Center in Tea. Eliason said that he was aware of the lawsuits but referred questions about the cases to his lawyer.

“The claims are 100 percent false,” Eliason said. “Obviously, we’ll defend ourselves to the fullest extent of the law.”
Neither woman reported the alleged harassment or assaults because they feared Eliason would follow through with threats to have them harmed, court records state. The women eventually quit and since have been granted protection orders against Eliason.
