LONDON — Harmony Films adds Paula Chalmers, a five year veteran of the company's retail operation, to its sales team as its newest sales and marketing assistant.

Working her way from sales associate to manager of Harmony's flagship
store on Oxford Street, Chalmers brings hands-on experience and knowledge of what fans are looking for, Harmony Films' Sales and Marketing Manager Jason Maskell said.

"Persuading her to leave the retail division and join the film team to work along side me to help continue to grow the brand name and DVD sales of Harmony Films is a great coup," he added.

Chalmers said that though she loved working in Harmony's stores, she could not be happier in her new position.

"I worked with my partner in crime Jason Maskell at the Venus Show in Berlin last year and got a taste for sales and marketing while there," she added. "I was offered the position by the director of Harmony, Steve Elvins, and jumped at the opportunity! I am very pleased and honoured to be given the chance to progress from retail to sales and marketing and I've been enjoying every minute!"
