California- Police say a woman who has performed in several X-rated films persuaded a 15-year-old De Anza High School student to run away from home, use hallucinogenic drugs and have sex with her last summer.
"The victim's family came forward in part because they don't want this to happen to another kid," detective Sgt. Mitch Peixoto said. "Apparently, she hangs around at De Anza sometimes, and in general with a younger set."
Police have issued a felony arrest warrant for 20-year-old Richmond resident Genevieve Elise Silva on suspicion of rape using a controlled substance, statutory rape and detaining or concealing a child.
The alleged victim, who lives in El Sobrante, met Silva through his friend, Silva's younger brother, Peixoto said. In June, the alleged victim ran away from home and began living with Silva at her father's home in Richmond.
During the summer, they moved to Oklahoma, where they lived with or near Silva's mother. Police are investigating whether her mother has any criminal liability in the case, Peixoto said.
Police developed evidence that the suspect and alleged victim frequently had sex while under the influence of ecstasy and methamphetamine.
Detectives also found pornographic pictures of Silva on a porn Web site and advertisements to purchase videos of several pornographic films starring Silva, Peixoto said. The alleged victim does not appear on the published material.
Silva may be in Oklahoma, but witnesses say they have seen her in West County recently, police said. The alleged victim's father has placed him in an out-of-state rehabilitation clinic.

A $10,000 felony arrest warrant charges Silva with unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and rape. On a pornographic web site advertising her videos, Silva (who goes by just "Elise" professionally) is described as a "progressive music lover who plays the bass guitar in a garage band when she's not thinking about sex--which is about 20 minutes per day!" The bio also notes she is "multi-orgasmic" and a "deep throat lover."
