San Francisco- The 20-year-old porn actress accused of seducing a 15-year-old El Sobrante boy was released Saturday from the Contra Costa County Jail in Richmond after posting $10,000 bail.
Genevieve Elise Silva was booked into the jail Friday after being extradited from Oklahoma. She faces charges of unlawful sexual intercourse, rape of a drugged victim, child stealing by a non-custodial parent and transport with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. A court date had not been set.
Silva, who has appeared in at least 15 adult films, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a boy who attended high school with her brother. Police say the boy moved in with Silva in Richmond before she persuaded him last summer to move with her to Oklahoma.
Silva allegedly furnished the teen with drugs including ecstasy, methamphetamines and marijuana.
The boys' family located him in October and sent him to a drug rehabilitation center. Silva was arrested Dec. 28 in Roosevelt, Okla., where she had been living with her mother. She agreed to be extradited to California after originally refusing to sign a waiver.
