A Judgement was entered in the Northwest District Van Nuys Courthouse East in favor of plaintiff Bunz and Flashpoint Productions against Wanted List Inc. for $2,100.00 plus $92.91 costs on plaintiff's claim.
The lawsuit was started after Anh Tran owner of Wanted List Inc.
bought DVDs at the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas. After taking possession of the DVDs, Tran disputed the charges on his American Express account causing detriment to the plaintiff.
Bunz owner of Flashpoint Productions sought relief in the Los Angeles County Northwest District Van Nuys Courthouse East and prevailed on 04/17/08.
