Porn Valley- AIM’s Sharon Mitchell has released the names of the female performers who have worked most immediately with Darren James upon discovery of his being HIV Positive. All told there are seven primary partners said Mitchell.

They include Carmen Real who worked with James last week.. Desiree Clark worked with James last week. Laura Rox worked with James approximately around March 29th. Jessica Dee, March 25; Merissa Arroyo, March 30; Taylor Marie, April 8; Patricia from Canada, is also April 8th; Jocelyn, March 19th; Persia, the week of March 30th as well as Vanesca, the week of the 30th.

Mitchell explained that these women would have to wait 30 days from the date they worked with James and then re-test with PCR-DNA along with the RNA Viral Load. “They can be cleared out,” said Mitchell. A second generation list will be significantly larger said Mitchell who expects to have that around 4pm.

“Right now we’re asking anyone who worked with these people that worked directly with Darren, please, use common sense and wait till they clear out before you go ahead and work in the community,” Mitchell says. “Second generation risks are not nearly as risky as firsts but, again, we’re dealing with men and women here and women are more likely to come up positive. They’re our primary concern, and we want to have these primary women cleared out.”
