It’s a good chance that most people now in the adult industry weren’t around when housewive Jennifer Dute was hauled into a Cincinnati courtroom on charges of obscenity. She was a swinger who shot swinger movies and appeared in them. Dute, who was railroaded by a corrupt police chief, went to jail. Dute was following the Max Hardcore trial and writes:

“Hi Gene, It has been a while since I have written—-life for me is busy with work and kids now.

Jennifer Dute—-in case you don’t remember, as you keep up with so many people as such. I lost my obscenity case back in 2002—and went to prison for 224 days before the Court of Appeals let me out—Cincinnati, Ohio…

This Max Hardcore case has me completely angered—pissed off to the maximum. As I thought about it, only one thing rang bells in the similarities in our cases—–I was IN my movies…..and HE was in his movies. We both had to sit in court, all dressed appropriately, and had others who didn’t want to watch the videos in question, but were
made to watch them—all the while WE sat there.

Real PEOPLE for the juries to see, and relate to—–and think, ‘How could that person do such a thing!’. Elyse Metcalf—of Elyse’s Passion here in Cincinnati WON her obscenity case a few years before mine came about—–SHE WAS NOT IN THE VIDEOS, though. I’m sure Max’s attorneys—-some the same as mine—-told him not to worry about sitting in court while people watch your videos—-that should be the least of the worries.

My answer to that is BULLSHIT. That is what MADE the people put him together with the videos. In my case, they had NO evidence that I was the one that SOLD or MAILED the videos—–just like Max didn’t actually sell or ship the videos. My husband Allan was tried on the same charges I was, at the same time….only his face was not in the videos—–he was found NOT GUILTY.

Thank goodness for that, but all the same……it is all the more reason to believe that Max is getting fucked because he was IN the videos they were showing, just as I was in the videos that were shown at my trial. Was there a better way to handle the case? I don’t know how it could have been done —- but as much as Max has paid in legal expenses, and as much as I paid in legal expenses, someone sure the hell better find a better answer or more people IN the videos will be prosecuted for
DOING WHAT THEY WANT, CONSENTING, LEGAL adults……selling material to LEGAL CONSENTING ADULTS. What a way to get fucked!
