Porn Valley- In their latest exchange of words, Skeeter Kerkove states that Ducati Productions is selling comps at new movie prices.
Kevin Rubio [pictured] counters by saying that Skeeter didn't show up at an arbitration meeting last month regarding their lawsuit, www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=25028.
Skeeter explains why, but gets around to it as only he can.
"Kevin Ducati tells girls in the business these incredible stories," says Skeeter. "It was Otto Bauer, Audrey Hollander and Tianna Lynn- as he's driving them home from the airport- he approaches them, can I give you guys a ride home? They were going to take cabs.
"Right away Kevin Ducati's explaining how rich he is, how powerful he is, how connected he is, that he's a multi-millionaire, and he can make stars out of people. And that he owns a big old beach house in Laguna Nigel.
"He realized that he's truly a trick and that's the only was he can temporarily bring in a young girl," Skeeter continues.
"And then he does this thing [Skeeter in a baby voice]: 'Don't you love me no more? Don't you miss me?'
"He does this in a baby voice- I clearly heard it before when a girl was laying naked in the bed next to me after I fucked her in the ass. That was Nadia Rio.
"Well, he got Tianna Lynn at his house and told her what a big star he could make her and shot her in pigtails and did all that crap. Of course she ran away."
"You see in all of this, Kevin Ducati doesn't realize I have deep pockets and he doesn't. Yes, he is embarrassed. Didn't he lose his distribution deal with North Star or not? Yes. He made a statement on your website that he opened up a new warehouse. He doesn't have a warehouse. He directly gave you that statement which shows dishonesty. And on his MySpace page he says he's 33 years old [there is a writer Kevin Rubio with a MySpace page] but is in his Forties."
"He's deceptive about his age," Skeeter goes on to say. "I know this is petty but he started the war with me, not me with him. And he's got a lot of other problems going on and I can't believe he's still continuing to fight me. I have the money to keep playing; he doesn't.
"He's trying to get back in with Peter North. Why he throws Peter North's name around I don't know. Peter North is incredibly successful, extremely wealthy and does have a place in Laguna Nigel. But Kevin doesn't and that's why he had Sandy Bunz do these press releases on Rockin' Rod- a man in his Forties- showing up on time at a location which was actually Kevin's house.
"Kevin's desperate when he rents out his house for porn. And Kevin Duxati is just doing his first release in over ten months- which is the strap-on series. The back of the boxcover will tell you how much the movie costs. Two scenes are shot on the same couch and it's a girl having sex with a guy in the bottom. And he does this big bonus thing: Belladonna's first strap-on scene.
"Well that's some scene he bought from somebody five years and eight months ago. It's already been previously released, so he's releasing this movie that cost him two grand to film as if it's some big deal. That's where he's at financially. He used to do two movies a month which half of them are comps. He didn't tell people they were comps. But that's where he's at.
"Like Welcome to the Bunghole #3- every scene's a comp including a five year old scene that has poor Jessica Dee in it. How long has she been HIV positive? But people when they bought it from North Star Associates, they weren't told it was a comp. They paid full price for it. It wasn't a Best of Series. It was sold as a new release.

"You think Peter North wants to do a deposition on how many pieces Kevin Ducati sold? You think they want to open their financial records? There is a reason why North Star did a press release on why they would no longer distribute Kevin Ducati. That's called distancing yourself from a problem. Half those Kevin Ducati movies were comps. Peter North was extremely embarrassed."
"He says you avoided an arbitration hearing last month?" I remind Skeeter.
"This is true," he comments "And I heard he's going to be sued by Ducati Motor Sports, Kevin Rubio the man who's in his Forties. What happened was I told my attorney that Kevin Ducati based on the majority of the top agents that I have dealt with, will not deal with him. And that's why a couple of times in the past before Craven Morehead disowned him- which he did- Craven would have to hire people because those people couldn't be hired through Ducati. And that's not folklore.
"I told my attorney he's such a joke I can't take him seriously. I was worth more than him financially when I was 22 years old than he is now. My attorney told me he'd represent me because I just don't want to be around that guy. That's the truth. And sure enough it got postponed, now his attorneys want it postponed until February. And everybody thinks they got surprises for each other. But what's really going to fuck up Kevin Ducati is that we have over 40 websites that have sold Welcome to the Bunghole #1 and #2. We have over 20 sites that are on VOD.
"We have the printouts and everything. We know how many pieces he got printed up on DVD replication. How many people in porn are willing to lie for Kevin Ducati and open up their company records? There's not a porn company in the world that wants to go do this because of Kevin Ducati. He is not a shaker and a mover. And all porn girls say he's an absolute trick. He needs to dig deep and get ready to go to war. I don't believe he has enough money to pay his incredible attorneys what they need.
"The amount of depositions that have to be taken from the wholesalers to the retailers and distributos- nobody wants that. It's one of the biggest nightmares of porn. Nobody wants to have to do all this stuff for Kevin Ducati.
"Nobody ever got rich off of Kevin Ducati. His websites suck. Look them up on the Alexa rankings for as many years as they've been around. It's just terrible. But how dare he release a comp and sell it as new when I'm the one who first did the Welcome to the Bunghole series. He destroyed it. It's just atrocious. And he got the entire movie for free."
"But he did not tell his friend Peter North is I need your company to betray distributors and sell my used, comped, tricked-out product as new. Companies bought #3 as a new release. They could have bought it for a dollar. And that's why North Star volunteered that press release.
"Then Kevin Ducati told you he going to do his own distribution, We're making bigger money, we're spreading out, we got a warehouse. He never got a warehouse. He stores it in his garage. He's such a trick that when he talks on the Internet he uses the word, 'we'.
"There are no employees at Ducati Productions. It's Kevin Ducati in his ghetto Woodland Hills house on the north side. He can't live where Jules Jordan lives or Greg Alves, or Pat Myne. He has to live in ghetto town. Then he tells you call us at our office. It's his fucking home phone number.
"It's him operating a porn company in a residential community. I also found out that his garage is full of pornography. And the city of Los Angeles and the county of Los Angeles says your garage can be full of bedroom furniture and house furniture while remodeling and making changes. Otherwise a regular sized vehicle must be able to be parked inside of it. Kevin Ducati's warehouse is his garage. And that's all it's ever been.
"And I'll give him $10,000 if he can show proof of ownership of a Malibu home and/or a home in Laguna Nigel. He's made the claims to many, many people.
"He's said to many girls in porn: 'What good is having all this money I have and these beach houses if I don't have somebody to share it with?'"
