LOS ANGELES— from www.avn.com - Steven Hirsch, founder and co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment, one of adult industry’s leading companies, will keynote the 2011 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE) with a discussion of the changing climate of the adult industry and the challenges that many studios, manufacturers, distributors and retailers currently face.
The keynote session, “Still on Top: How the Largest Adult Film company in the World Survives in a Challenging Market,” will take place on Friday, January 7 at 2:30 p.m. at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Moderating the discussion will be notable journalist Damon Brown, author of Porn & Pong: How Grand Theft Auto, Tomb Raider and Other Sexy Games Changed Our Culture.
Brown is the author of several books and he writes about sex, technology, music and video games for Playboy, New York Post, Family Circle, and is the tech columnist for AARP Online and other publications. In 2009, Damon became Mobile Games Editor at About.com.

The 2011 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, which will host the AVN Novelty Expo for the first time, will be held at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas. The 2011 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo will run concurrently with the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on all four days. The AVN Adult Entertainment Expo is not affiliated with CES.
