orn Valley- I spoke to Tabitha Stevens Saturday night. We talked about the article in the New York Daily News https://adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=10276 in which she’s quoted as saying she did a sex tape several years ago at the Howard Stern studio. Earlier Saturday I had spoken both to Ron Jeremy and Taylor Wane who were also involved in the project.https://adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=10280.
Stevens tells me she got a call from The Daily News, so it would appear comments she made to Chaunce Hayden were then relayed to the paper who in turn called Stevens. Stevens hadn’t seen the Daily News article. “It did happen but I don’t know what they had me say in it,” Stevens tells me. “It did happen. Ron [Jeremy] did a scene with me in the green room. We were told that it was okay. It was for Crazy Cabbie. We were told that we could shoot this movie but we had to do it after hours when nobody was there. It was on a Saturday night. It happened quite a long time ago,” Stevens said.
Stevens tells me that she was with Jill Kelly Productions at the time so it would have made since if Cabbie was trying to peddle the movie to that company. “Crazy Cabbie said everything was okay with Howard. Because I didn’t want to get in trouble with Howard. I did it. We shot in the green room and used a Gene Simmons mask. We put it on Ron’s head and I did this masturbation sequence. I’m like I’ve always wanted to do it with Gene Simmons. Gene even signed off with the mask because we thought that Howard was cool with it. We basically did it because we thought it would be great p.r. for Howard and great p.r. for us. It was more about that than anything.” Stevens says she was handed a check. “They bounced my check,” she says. I asked Stevens if she heard the same story as Taylor Wane that Stern was behind the project. According to Wane, that was what got her involved with the project in the beginning, thinking that Stern was a backer. Stevens says that’s what Cabbie was telling people.
“We were told it was going to be excellent p.r.,” Stevens said. “But when I got my check, it bounced. I called one of the guys and told him you have to make this good. He never sent me another check. He was, I’ll send you a wire transfer. “But I really don’t deal with wire transfers,” Stevens said. “Who does that? But I never got anything. What happens is when you don’t get paid on a movie, especially when you’re a big part of the movie, I can stop that from coming out. I told The Daily News that I would have said you’re not releasing this movie.”
The News neglected to mention that. Stevens wondered if Stern addressed the story on Friday. “Howard had nothing to do with this,” said Stern. “Howard said something that he didn’t want the movie released. But I have no idea what’s going on. I don’t know if this is true but whoever edited it [Jake Jacobs] didn’t get paid. Ron told the guy, listen, if you don’t pay the guy this is going to be all over the Internet. To this day I never got a check and Ron didn’t get paid for it, either. His check bounced, too.”
From the info being presented, this almost sounds like a Cabbie scam. Stevens doesn’t know but says that the idea to sell the movie to Jill Kelly came from her. “I told them about Jill Kelly because they had asked me. I was with Jill at the time and I had to get permission from them to do the movie. Yeah, they were like, that’s fine. Just do it. It’s good p.r. Everybody thought it was a p.r.-thing. I would have pumped Jill and everybody else. That’s how it turned out.” Stevens then heard something to the effect that Stern was upset by the movie being shot and didn’t want it to come out.
I ask Stevens how this whole thing came to the attention of The Daily News. Stevens says she doesn’t remember talking to Chaunce Hayen about it. “Somebody got my phone number somehow and called me,” she said. “I’m friends with Chaunce but I don’t remember telling him that. I’m sure everyone at the station pretty much knows about it. It’s like one of those things that people kind of knew about it but didn’t talk about it.
“This is what happened with Cabbie,” Stevens continues. “The reason the movie didn’t come out is because Cabbie got hired with that guy Kane who does the afternoon drive. And Cabbie didn’t want to get in trouble with having a movie released in the studio and he didn’t want to get fired. So he decided not to have the movie come out. That’s why nobody got paid. Then I found out that Howard didn’t know. After that I didn’t want to get paid. You know what? I’m not going to let the part out my part of the movie in respect to Howard. I even told The News that.”
