Kansas City- A Kansas City area man is in trouble after using his cell phone to take pictures up women’s skirts last Monday.

Police have surveillance video from an Independence, Missouri clothing store as evidence. It shows Daniel Thurman peeping under an unsuspecting woman’s skirt as she was shopping.

Police say the cell phone’s light illuminated the woman’s skirt, while Thurman shot five to seven seconds of video.

Detectives say their suspicions that he had “upskirted” before were correct. Police say Thurman confessed to videotaping another woman the next day.
