And now Lindsay Lohan is going to have some different allegations to deal with.

A porn star used a spot on a radio show last Friday to claim he had sex with the 25-year-old actress.

And Alex Torres, whose screen name is Voodoo, alleges that their night of passion took place while her father was at home.

Torres was appearing on The Jim Richards show on Newstalk 1010 in Toronto.

And when Richards asked Torres for suggestions as to what questions he should dole out to Michael Lohan during an impending interview, the porn star said: ‘Ask him if he knows about that night I had with his daughter while he was sleeping upstairs.’

The adult film star even insinuated that the actress had paid him for his services.

He went on to say: ‘Many of these Hollywood celebrities pay me a high price dollar to come and satisfy them.’

As the radio host kept questioning the statements Torres was making the porn star, simply said: ‘I’m not joking.’

Richards attempted to clarify and pressed: ‘So you’ve been with Lindsay Lohan?’

Torres replied: ‘I’m saying that.’

Lohan’s representative Steve Honig told MailOnline of the allegations: ‘I don’t feel the need to respond to claims made by a porn star.’

It is not the first time adult actor Torres has come under controversy as he was fired from his part-time job as a skydiving instructor in October, after using the facilities to make a sex tape.

The explicit video, which Torres posted on his blog, sparked an investigation by U.S. aviation authorities.

It showed Torres, an instructor at Skydive Taft, and Hope Howell, the company’s secretary, having sex in a plane before jumping out in tandem and continuing the act midair.

The allegations made by the porn star come after claims Lindsay developed a crush on photographer Terry Richardson after they allegedly spent the night together.

A source told Radar Online: ‘They had a major night of passion after they worked on this photo shoot together and now she’s going all out to get her claws into him. But Terry is just not interested in pursuing a relationship with Lindsay and totally regrets hooking up with her.

‘Lindsay has been texting and phoning him nonstop and he’s actually kind of freaked out by how strong she’s been coming on to him; it’s all pretty unseemly. As Terry said, there’s nothing more unattractive than a desperate woman.’
