Lynn LeMay, www.lynnlemay.com got this check. It’s a pretty check but it’s a pretty worthless check. It’s dated 9/4/2008. The check was made out to her personally for $3,000, but not to her company which is what it should have been made out to.

Because everyone who bounces checks on an even casual basis knows there’s a totally different set of laws involved when you bounce checks to individuals.

Anyway the company which issued the check issued it on a bank that may or may not exist: “First Bank and Trust”. There’s no phone number; no address for them.

LeMay tried maybe four cashing outlets in Porn Valley. They all had hearty laughs because the company which issued it is on their hit lists.

When LeMay brought this to the company’s attention she was told, “Things are tough all over.”

Gee, wouldn’t you like to be doing business with this company? You probably are.
