BIRMINGHAM, ALA. – United Parcel Service faces a Federal Lawsuit in a comedy of errors that’s not funny to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff claims she ordered a cell phone from Cingular Wireless, which UPS was to deliver. It did not leave a package at her home because she was not there at the time. She says she called and arranged to pick it up, but UPS improperly delivered the package to her place of work. Her boss opened it, discovered a pornographic video, which she had not ordered, and fired her, she says. She seeks punitive damages.
