NY- Cablevision has settled a $1,126 Cable TV bill with a retired school teacher from Yonkers, who was charged for porn and gangsta rap shows she said she never ordered.

Claudia Lee received the bill for extra pay programs after she bundled her TV service with Cablevision’s phone and Internet service.

She paid the bill so her TV, phone and computer wouldn’t be turned off. And on Monday she heard from a Cablevision executive that she would be repaid.

Cablevision had at first said someone in Lee’s home may have ordered the programs without her knowing it. But Lee said she lives alone and is only visited by her 81-year-old mother — who is not a porn fan.
