The campaign is scheduled for the final three days leading up to the midterm elections, specifically from November 1 to November 3, 2026.

Pornhub, with an estimated 21 million U.S. site visits per day, provides the campaign with an opportunity to reach millions of Americans in the days immediately preceding the election. The ads display messages such as "You + Me + The Voting Booth! Let's Do It This Tuesday!", "Make a Date With Democracy!", and "Get Your Vote On!". These messages direct visitors to Hot2Vote.org for information regarding polling locations, early voting options, and guidance on how to plan their vote.

This nationwide premium mobile advertising buy marks a first for Pornhub. According to the campaign, the platform has not previously allowed public-interest or advocacy advertising. Siouxsie Q, a Hot2Vote founder and featured performer, stated that the campaign utilizes humor, creativity, and the reach of adult entertainers to ensure Americans are prepared to vote on November 3. Casey Calvert, an award-winning adult performer and director who also appears in the ads, noted the campaign's intention to bring "sex appeal" to Election Day.

Other adult entertainers featured in the ads include Little Puck and Kira Noir. The campaign is entirely nonpartisan and does not endorse any political party or candidate. The Pornhub takeover builds upon Hot2Vote’s prior voter engagement initiatives in Georgia and Texas. The campaign in Georgia was launched in September following the cancellation of nearly half a million inactive voter registrations in the state.

These earlier efforts included pin-up-style posters displayed in Atlanta nightclubs, geo-fenced digital advertising, and videos featuring adult entertainers. These videos reminded voters to confirm their registration before state deadlines. Hot2Vote also introduced a Safe for Work "Porn Name Generator," which allowed individuals to check their real voter registration status while simultaneously discovering an adult entertainment stage name.

Furthermore, Hot2Vote partnered with the adult industry fan show Exxxotica Expo. This partnership aimed to promote voter registration awareness through Exxxotica Expo's events, newsletters, and social media channels. A campaign representative noted that Hot2Vote is delivering its message to an audience not typically exposed to political advertising, distinguishing its approach from traditional campaigns that compete for attention on television, streaming platforms, and social media.
