BARTOW - Chris Wilson, the former Eagle Lake cop who mixed porn and war pictures on his X-rated Web site, avoided jail time by pleading no contest Friday afternoon in Circuit Court to five counts of misdemeanor possession of obscene material.
Wilson will be sentenced to five years probation and will be allowed to continue operating his Web site for 90 days. Circuit Court Judge J. Dale Durrance agreed to the plea deal.
